Siegfried Mureşan is a Member of the European Parliament for Romania, sitting with the European People’s Party (EPP), the centre-right group, and representing Partidul Naţional Liberal. In the 10th parliamentary term, which began on 16 July 2024, Mureşan is Vice-Chair of the Group of the European People's Party (Christian Democrats) and Chair of the Delegation to the EU-Moldova Parliamentary Association Committee.
