A free tracker of MEP attendance, outside income and voting records in the European Parliament, built from official roll-call data.
From roll-call votes in plenary over the last 180 days. Abstaining counts as present; not voting counts as absent. Sittings the Parliament officially excused (Rule 162: illness, serious family reasons, official mission, or pregnancy and maternity leave) are credited, not counted as absences. We credit only what the Parliament itself records as excused; an absence it has not excused counts, even if leave was reported in the press. Where leave, illness or an official mission has been reported, the MEP page may show a context note citing the press or official report; context notes never change the score. MEPs who missed every sitting of an entire plenary session are checked by a person before they appear in the Bottom 10.
From MEPs' own declarations of financial interests, published by the Parliament, normalised into annual ranges.
